What payment methods are accepted?
It depends on the country. At the moment you can pay through bank transfer or card payment via Klarna and via PayPal. Would you like to pay in another way? Please contact us and we´ll see if we can make it happen.
Is it safe to shop at Willekulla?
Yes. All payments are made through reliable service providers such as Paypal and Klarna. In addition to that the website is encrypted using SSL.
Do I need an account to place an order?
No, you do not need an account to make an order. But an account will speed up things the next time you’re buying something from us. And don’t worry, we’ll keep your information safe.

How long will it take to get my package?
It depends on which country you´re ordering from. We send all orders on Tuesdays and Thursdays and if you live in Sweden you are likely to receive your package within 3-5 days (unless stated otherwise in the product description). For other countries, please see our shipping page.
How do you deliver the products?
We send all our orders with DHL, DSV, FedEx, TNT and UPS.
Do you ship to other countries than Germany?
Yes, to some EU countries. You can see where we deliver here. If your country is not in the list, please send us a message and we´ll try to arrange it.
