Returning a product
Please bear in mind that you as a customer pay for the return fee and are responsible for the products during the return.
Pack the product well – if the product is broken when we get it back we can´t reimburse you, and you have to claim the money from the shipping company.
Add the carefully packed products in the same box it came in if it is still in good condition – or use another, equivalent box.
