Terms & conditions
Below you will find the terms that apply when making a purchase at www.willekulla.se. When purchasing, an agreement is created between the customer and Willekulla (Lina Karlsson, org: 8403252946). Willekulla only enters into agreements with customers who are of legal age and over 18 years, or a customer with the permission of the parent/guardian.
Prices & products
All prices at Willekulla are stated in Swedish kronor or Euro including VAT. We reserve the right for any products that are out of stock as well as printing and typing errors on the website, in advertising and mailing. If there are errors in price, delivery time or anything else, Willekulla reserves the right to change this in retrospect. Willekulla accepts no responsibility for erroneous information published by third parties.
Deviations in appearance
We always strive to present the properties and appearance of the products as truly as possible, but due to technical reason, this may sometimes vary. Minor differences in dimensions and appearance between the presented product on the website and delivered products may occur for natural or production reasons. If you as a customer experience differences in colour on a product you received compared to the website, please contact us.
Changed information
We reserve the right to subsequently correct any inaccurate or altered information regarding price and delivery time. We reserve the right for any misprints in product information, price and stock balance.
Discount codes
Please note that discount codes cannot be combined with other discount codes or offers. Discount codes only apply to 1 purchase and cannot be used after the specified time.
Order
Ordering of Willekulla’s products takes place via Willekulla.se. In order for an order to be binding on Willekulla, the order must be confirmed in writing by Willekulla before delivery. This means, among other things, that if a product range is discontinued or for any other reason the product is not available with due regard to reasonable efforts, Willekulla is not obliged to provide such product.
Delivery
At Willekulla.se, VAT is always included in the stated price. Shipping in Sweden is 59 SEK and we offer free shipping on purchases over SEK 999 on all postal packages in Sweden. For other countries, please see our shipping page. Willekulla supplies the products in collaboration with DHL, DSV, FedEx, TNT and UPS. We ship our deliveries on Tuesdays and Thursdays, after which the delivery time is normally 2 to 5 working days in Sweden if the products are in Willekula’s warehouse (unless other information is stated in the product description).
Pickup
All deliveries are made after notification. When picking up the products in Sweden, the customer must always show ID. If someone else is picking up the package, that person needs to show both his/hers ID and yours.
Delivery Delays
The customer is always entitled to cancel the purchase in case of long-term delivery delays. Cancellation of purchases must be made in writing via our contact form. There may be times when it is impossible to fulfill an order, for example if Willekulla’s supplier cannot fulfill its commitment to Willekulla. Willekulla therefore reserves the right to exempt from all claims for compensation from the customer regarding delivery delays.
Responsibility for transport
Willekulla is responsible for the risk of transport to the customer, i.e. the risk of a product being damaged or lost during transport to the customer. The customer is responsible for the risk of any return to Willekulla.
Payment
All payments are made via Klarna, either as direct payment from your bank account or via card payment, or with PayPal. Would you like to pay in another way? Contact us and we´ll try to arrange something.
Unclaimed goods
If you do not pick up the order, the package will be returned with an additional return fee.
Incorrect deliveries
In case of faulty delivery, you are obliged to notify us as well as return the faulty item unless otherwise stated.
Return Policy
You always have a 14-day right of withdrawal. The right of withdrawal applies only if the product and the original packaging are in unchanged condition, the customer is legally entitled to handle the product to the extent required to ensure its properties and function. When using the right of withdrawal, we have the right to make deductions corresponding to the reduction in value arising from the fact that the customer has handled the goods to a greater extent than was necessary to determine its characteristics or function. The impairment is assessed on a case-by-case basis. The cancellation deadline starts from the day the customer has received the product.
Complaints
For customers in Sweden, a 3-year warranty is valid according to the Consumer Purchase Act. The product warranty covers only original manufacturing defects, i.e. errors found in the product at delivery. The product warranty does not apply if Willekulla cannot find any fault with the product or when the customer has caused the damage himself. The Product Warranty does not apply to malfunctions, misaligned products or errors that occur during or after a personal change in the product’s function and appearance, such as rebuilding, upgrading or other configuration of the product. The customer’s invoice or receipt applies as proof of guarantee.
Transport damage
The customer is responsible for reporting any transport damage to Willekulla’s customer service within a reasonable time. Willekulla encourages the customer to report the damage as quickly as possible, for smooth handling of the case. The customer is responsible for unpacking and inspecting the condition of the products as soon as possible after receiving them. In the event of transport damage, the customer should contact us. In case of transport damage, the customer must not use the product and the customer must keep the product’s packaging, so that the entire package and the product can be inspected when handling claims.
Returns
The product must be unused and in original packaging (if available) and you as a customer are responsible for the return shipping. A receipt / delivery note must always be sent on return. When returning a product, it is important that you pack well. If the item is broken when we get it back, we cannot compensate you and you need to take the complaint against the shipping company yourself. Read more about how to return a product here.
Refund
When Willekulla has received, processed and approved your return, the refund will primarily be made according to the same payment method you chose when the order was placed. The refund will be made within 14 days after Willekulla has received. Any extra freight and optional services will not be refunded.

Dispute
Willekulla is subject to the Consumer Purchases Act, the Distance Contracts Act and current EU legislation on consumer purchases. Read more about laws and rights on the Consumer Agency’s website. In connection with a dispute, Willekulla undertakes to voluntarily follow any recommendations from the General Complaints Board (ARN) to which you, as a customer, can turn to for help with dispute resolution. Under current EU rules, you can also choose the option to seek dispute resolution assistance through the EU Commission’s ODR platform. Force majeure
In the event of government action or omission, new legislation, labor law conflict, war or danger of war, major disturbance of public order, sabotage, extreme weather conditions, fire, explosion, natural disaster, accident or other circumstances beyond Willekulla control and which Willekulla cannot foresee, Willekulla has the right to discharge its obligations under this agreement. In such an event, Willekulla is not liable for damages caused by the customer.
